At fabzop.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help! Please read our return policy carefully.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Standard Items:
    Items can be returned within 20 days of receiving your order.
  • Custom-Made Dresses:
    Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom-made dresses are non-returnable unless:

    • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • There is a significant discrepancy from the confirmed specifications (e.g., size, color).

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  2. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Custom-made dresses (except for cases of defects or errors as mentioned above).
  • Items damaged due to improper use or mishandling by the customer.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our customer support team at contact@fabzop.com within 20 days of receiving your item.
    • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Receive a Return Authorization:
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
    • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.
  4. Inspection and Refund:
    • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued for the item cost, excluding the original shipping fee.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will refund the shipping fee as well.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.


Important Notes

  1. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
